Product Colors:
All products were photographed using a Nikon Coolpix 5700 digital camera. State of the art photographic techniques were used to capture product details including original colors. As such, we have made every effort to display the product colors as accurately as possible on the Chesapeake Gemstone Creations website. However, please keep in mind that the product colors that you see will depend on the quality and make of your monitor. Since we are unsure of the monitors being used, we cannot guarantee that the product colors displayed on your monitor will be original. If we ever underestimate the demand of any of our products and we are forced to backorder merchandise be assured that every reasonable effort will be made to quickly fill your order. Should this ever occur you will be immediately contacted and given options for what you would like to do. All orders are subject to acceptance by chesapeakegem.com. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, or limit quantities of any product ordered.

PayPal - We also accept PayPal as a payment method. PayPal does not charge consumers a fee for using their service.
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 7-10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping Time Option:
Total Ship Time = Item Availability Time + Delivery Method Ship Time.
For example, if the Item Availability Time is 2-5 days and the Delivery Method Ship Time is 1-2 Business Days, you will receive your order in 3-7 business days. Choosing Next Day Shipping or Second Day Shippingr does not mean your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order online. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the "Item Availability" time listed for the product you selected. The "Item Availability" time is the amount of time required to process your order through our warehouse and acquire the product requested.

Sales Tax:
